Musician
I'd like to describe my music as raw and honest, but also soft and sentimental, vulnerable and minimalistic.
Mere Stellar is my artist-self. It's playful, experimental electro-pop with rough acoustic elements, combining quirky but melancholic traits, sometimes in separate pieces and sometimes in combinations that feel oddly satisfying.
As an artist, I aim for authenticity by sharing stories of turbulence and ultimately healing. Music is a way for me to process and tune into my intuitive guidance, a tool to see and feel things as they truly are behind the clutter and the noise of our materialistic world.
Sound Healer
One meaningful way for me to use sound is to create soul songs. Soul songs are channeled, musical paintings, unique audio pieces that mirror how I experience someone's unique energy. You can order a custom made soul song for yourself or a loved one. They're calming, meditative, unique songs that sometimes bring up messages of guidance, and sometimes they're just brought to our attention to soothe us and remind that we're loved and supported, whatever life brings us.
History
Mere Stellar's first single "The Crush Realm" was released on November 28, 2023, and was followed by "Naiivi" released by Karhuvaltio Records on March 27th, produced by Janne Oinas. Next songs are in the making.
Mere Stellar has previously released music with the artist name Milja Inkeri (2015), is the keyboardist and background vocalist of Antti Kokkomäki & Tammikuun Lapset (2013-), and some may know her as the lead singer, keyboardist and songwriter of Kailo (2009) or of her brief visit in the Finnish Idol (2007), or her YouTube Covers (2006-2008)
